We ask that you ship the item within 3 business days so the buyer can get their order on time..

Sept 1. Package the item with care

Package the item with care so it arrives safely. Attach the shipping label with the tracking number. You can look through our packaging guidelines for the best tips..

Setp 2. Ship within 3 business days

Include a tracking number with your shipment if you choose to ship on your own. Ship within 3 days of sale. If you’re shipping on your own, you’ll need to provide a valid tracking number.

Setp 3. Confirm your shipment

If you're experiencing a delay, let the buyer know. Once the carrier has your package, tap “I’ve shipped it” from your Order Status page.
