Purpose
The following account restrictions exist for legal compliance and to protect minors from potential online, financial, and safety risks on the Item Instock platform.

Age Requirement
In accordance with the Item Instock Terms of Service (TOS), users must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in their place of residence, to create and operate an Item Instock account independently. Creating an Item Instock account constitutes entering into a legally binding agreement.

Use by Minors
• Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use Item Instock services under any circumstances.
• Minors aged 13 to 17 may only use Item Instock if the account is owned, registered, and controlled by a parent or legal guardian, with full consent and acceptance of the Item Instock Terms of Service.

Parental Responsibility
All account activity involving a minor must occur under the direct supervision of the parent or legal guardian who owns the account. The parent or guardian is fully responsible for:
• All actions taken on the account
• All listings, purchases, and communications
• Any financial obligations or disputes arising from account use

Account Information Requirements
To ensure compliance:
• All registration and contact details must belong to the parent or legal guardian
• All financial details (cards, bank accounts, mobile money, payout methods) must belong to the parent or legal guardian
• Any buying or selling activity performed by a minor must be supervised
• All identity verification and tax-related information must belong to the parent or legal guardian

Enforcement Actions
Item Instock reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account identified as being owned or operated by a minor in violation of this policy.

Account Reinstatement
Accounts operated by minors aged 13–17 may become eligible for reopening once the individual reaches 18 years of age, successfully verifies their identity, and accepts the Item Instock Terms of Service independently.
