This Electronic Communication Policy explains how Item Instock delivers communications to you electronically. Item Instock may update or amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on the platform. Any revised version becomes effective immediately upon posting.
By creating an Item Instock account and using our services, you consent to receive all communications, agreements, notices, disclosures, and documents (collectively, “Communications”) electronically where permitted by law. These Communications relate to your Item Instock account and your use of the Item Instock platform.
Electronic Communications from Item Instock include, but are not limited to: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other platform policies (including updates); transaction receipts and order confirmations; account notifications, statements, and activity history; security alerts; and any disclosures or information we are legally required to provide under applicable laws.
Item Instock delivers Communications by displaying them within your account dashboard, sending in-app notifications, and/or emailing them to the primary email address associated with your Item Instock profile.
It is your responsibility to keep your contact information, especially your primary email address, accurate and up to date. If a Communication is sent to the email address on file and you do not receive it due to an incorrect, outdated, blocked, or inactive email address, the Communication will still be considered successfully delivered by Item Instock.
To ensure delivery, you are responsible for allowing emails from Item Instock and adjusting spam or security filters accordingly. You may update your email address or other contact details at any time by logging into your Item Instock account and accessing your profile settings. If your email address becomes invalid, your account activity may be limited until a valid email address is provided.
To access and retain electronic Communications, you must have a computer or mobile device with internet access, a modern web browser with standard encryption enabled, a valid email address, and sufficient storage or printing capability to save copies for your records. Some Communications may be provided in downloadable formats such as PDF.
Item Instock may notify you if there are material changes to the technical requirements needed to receive electronic Communications. By consenting to electronic delivery, you confirm that you can access, open, download, and retain these Communications for your records.
Where required by law, Item Instock may still provide certain documents in paper form. Separate consent may be required for specific documents such as tax-related statements, where applicable.
You may request paper copies of previously delivered electronic Communications within a reasonable period, provided you have a valid physical mailing address on file. Item Instock may charge a reasonable administrative fee for such requests, where permitted by law.
