Item Instock Prohibited Items Policy

Item Instock prohibits the listing or sale of any item identified as prohibited. Listings in violation, whether intentional or not, may result in removal of the listing, cancellation of transactions, account suspension, or termination.

Item Instock may not be used for products, services, transactions, or activities that:

• Violate laws or government regulations or facilitate such actions;
• Are fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, or predatory;
• Threaten Item Instock’s reputation;
• Violate terms of financial networks;
• Create significant risk of chargebacks, penalties, damages, or other liability.

The list of prohibited items is updated periodically to maintain safety and compliance. Examples include:

• Illegal items: drugs, prescription medicines, drug-making tools, restricted or ingestible items with false claims, CBD products, inflated items after disasters.
• Stolen or counterfeit goods: imitation, fake, or replica items; items violating copyrights; brand-name items must include serial numbers or receipts.
• Weapons: firearms, ammunition, knives (certain types restricted), explosives, military-grade or self-defense items.
• Alcohol & Tobacco: cigarettes, e-cigarettes, nicotine products, vaporizing liquids.
• Identity or digital theft: account credentials, malware, spyware.
• Digital items: eBooks, PDFs, user-generated content, game items fulfilled electronically.
• Items not in possession: dropshipping, items on order, future shipments, coupons.
• Safety hazards: recalled products, flammable/combustible items requiring special shipping, items circumventing copyright protection.
• Age or legally restricted items: requiring registration, licenses, or approvals.
• Gambling: raffles, lotteries, mystery purchases.
• Regulated financial products: bonds, securities, warranties, insurance, cryptocurrency, currency exchange, gift cards, precious metals, loose gemstones.
• Animals & human materials: live animals, taxidermy, human body parts, blood, body fluids, soiled items.
• Explicit or offensive content: pornography, sex toys, fetish items, content promoting hatred, violence, racism, or discrimination.

Note: Item Instock reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion to maintain platform safety and compliance.
