Hassle-Free Shipping

• Select between shipping on your own or using Item Instock prepaid shipping labels with discounted rates and tracking through trusted carriers.
• Prepaid labels come with up to $200 in Shipping Protection for loss or damage.
• Labels can be printed at home or at the carrier using print-free QR codes.
• Once your item sells, pack and drop off your item within 3 days. Self-shipped items require tracking information before payment.

Trusted Transactions

• Item Instock monitors for Prohibited Items and Prohibited Conduct.
• Customer verification, payment validation, and predictive analytics are used to detect suspicious activity.
• Accounts or activity may be limited to protect sellers and funds.

Getting Paid

• Item Instock processes payments on behalf of sellers, removing the need to handle payments directly.
• Buyers have 72 hours from delivery to review and confirm items. Funds are released upon rating.
• Payments appear in your Item Instock balance, usable for purchases or withdrawals.
• Free ACH direct deposit withdrawals are available; $2 fee applies only for failed transactions. Deposits typically take 5-7 business days.
