Healthy discussions and differing opinions are welcome; however, respect and courtesy are mandatory. Content that includes harassment, hate speech, threats, profanity, or personal attacks may be removed, and repeat offenders may be blocked from our channels.

Protect your safety and privacy at all times. Do not share sensitive or personal information such as phone numbers, home addresses, email addresses, payment details, or identification documents. Do not post images or screenshots of other users without their explicit consent.

Marketplace Conduct on Social Channels
• Buying and selling should take place only on the Item Instock website or app
• Order discussions and transaction-related communication must remain within Item Instock’s official platform
• Sharing links to your Item Instock profile or listings is allowed, but spam or repetitive promotion is not

Content Standards
Creativity and engagement are encouraged, but content must remain appropriate and lawful. Posts that violate Item Instock’s Prohibited Items Policy or include misleading, explicit, or offensive material may be removed.

Privacy Commitment

Moderation & Enforcement
Item Instock reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate, off-topic, or in violation of these guidelines or our policies. We may also restrict or block users from our community channels at our discretion, including in cases of spam or repeated violations.
