When presented with an official legal request, Item Instock will disclose only the specifically requested information that we are reasonably able to locate and retrieve.

Law enforcement or government agencies requesting customer information must provide clear and specific details to help identify the relevant account(s) and/or transaction(s). Overly broad or vague requests cannot be processed.

Official legal requests must include:

• Agency name
• Agency official email address
• Agent name and badge/ID number
• Agent official email address
• Agent phone number (+ extension, if applicable)
• Verifiable physical return address
• Case reference number or other identifying parameter

Acceptance of legal requests via these channels is for convenience only and does not waive any objections, including jurisdiction, verification, or proper service. Email submissions generally result in faster response times.

Subpoena processing may be subject to a $25 per hour fee. Item Instock will not respond to correspondence sent by individuals or non-law enforcement/government agencies.

Estimated turnaround time for properly formatted and signed requests: approximately 10 days.
